I love music because it does just that, I love listening to it in the morning when jogging as I mysteriously never get tired, or driving to gym as it somehow hypes me up and brings out the energy in me.

Truth is you release endorphins when listening to music, which are the happy hormones of the body, would go further but it just kicked in that I chose accounting over biology in high school. Changed my mind; these endorphins are at times referred to as” runner’s high”. It refers to the feeling of being “high”. This is because listening to music or exercising helps release a body chemical named “anadamide” which is similar to one of the chemicals in marijuana.

Anyway, back to the music.
