Do people use Christianity in being lazy to investigate life’s phenomenons?
One friend here on Facebook asked why are men supposed providers (question not necessary for this post).
Someone replied ‘… because God made it that way’.
Another friend intervened stating that ‘God made it that way’ doesn’t bring anything to the discourse.
It got me thinking…
I don’t know if it’s Christianity or people use it to be lazy in investigating life phenomenon’s. For most things they would say ‘God made it that way’.
Even if so, maybe drop and dissect a verse from the bible or wherever to reason. Further on it will be taken on intellectually.
Life and the world are a beautiful phenomenon. Investigating any aspect of it shouldn’t insult any entity. We discover and understand better by investigating.
I believe God isn’t afraid of intellectual analysis.
