Before you fall in love:
There are a few things people don’t really tell you.
Falling in love is like instant birth, a foreign land you are yet to visit. All of a sudden you are responsible for another human being and you care about them so much sometimes even more than you care for yourself. Their happiness, their health, their peace indirectly affects your happiness, health and your peace.
This person has the ability to make you feel so small, and the ability to make you feel bigger than life itself.
This person has the ability to influence the way you think, talk, and the things you do.
Love like pain also demands to be felt, it won’t stop until you give in and experience it. Love, oh dear child will invite you to feel its pleasures until the inevitable creeps into your perfect union. Pain, pain so strong it devours into your pure heart and breaks your soul. Pain so real it makes death appealing. Child in this battlefield called love there is always a casualty, no one can ever explain the pain of a broken heart. If I could bear the pain for you I would, if I could mend your broken heart I would, if I could make him love you forever I would, child I would do anything to spare you the pain of a broken heart.
It is neither physical nor emotional it is beyond what the mind can fathom beyond what man can utter.
Child before you fall in love you need to find and know yourself, because when the war finally ends we all need a “home” to go to.
I can’t tell you who to love, but dear child there are a few things about love that I want you to know.
