LESSON FOR THE DAY – Begin with the end in mind.
To make R 1 Million in a year you need to be making R 2738 for 365 days consistently. This is why I can’t afford unproductive blue Mondays because that subtract 52 days of my hustle then my daily target becomes R 3200 per day.
Being without a stable income this keeps me awake at night thinking what I’m I standing to make tomorrow and where. These days I work a month in advance, I have already made 4 times my target for the next 30 days, it’s just in a form on invoices to be paid, I exclude bad customers in my calculation, if they pay me on time bonus.
Having a dream car or house like a Mansion in Serengeti or a Merc Class as an example is the first step. That is a dream
How much is it including fuel, maintenance and insurance.
Let’s say it’s 2.2 Mill and break that down to R 25k per month installment and another R 15 on insurance, maintenance and fuel
This equals R 40k a month on this dream car.
Poor minded are already thinking that absurd, why own a car that expensive and finance it. Well dude, you are poor, wealthy people are leasing it so who do we listen to and learn from? Nothing is expensive everything is priced rite for people vibrating in that level.
I need this R 40k figure as a GOAL because it means I need to earn R 300k pm incl house and life. This the filter into my business and investment goals. 4 of my businesses needs to give me R 50 000 each plus income on property and investments.
This is a never ending circle because next year it changes to a Ferrari Spider for R 6 Million.

If unlike the poor minded people you embrace such a figure and make it your goal, ask for this car from God and the Universe, fantasize about it everyday and most importantly work work and work for it, you have automatically manifested a R 300k per month lifestyle for yourself.
Now the next step starts with the calculation above using whatever figures and timeline you see fit.

R 2 per minute
By writing this blog for 30 minutes I will probably make back R 15 000 in consultation.
